Customer Support Consultant

Zurich is currently looking for a Customer SupportConsultant in the Overland Park office. This role works a specific shift of10:30AM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday.
Process non-routine telephone and electronic inquiries andcomplaints from the organization's agents/brokers, insures, regulators,customers, claimants and prospective customers that may require extensiveresearch to ensure delivery of excellent customer service.
Interpreter - The job's core deliverables rely on disseminatinginformation, instruction and training to others through scripted communicationsor on routine topics in the area of expertise. Typically interact at theemployee and line manager level.
o Bachelors Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Servicearea
o High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in theCustomer Service area
o Experience with Microsoft Office
o Excellent communication skills
o Detail oriented
